I don't see how Nancy Pelosi differs from a Tom Delay really, she promises honesty yet right out of the box fights to put the ethically challenged king of earmarking and pork in the number two spot and an impeached federal judge in charge of the Intelligence Committee chairmanship.
It seems Congress didn't get the message; it was change not more rhetoric and partisan tap dancing.
I’m writing my reps... suggest you do as well before we lose our voice to a woman that clearly is hearing, only hers... what’s her next act, redistricting?
Blue dogs won the election for the democrats yet they are being ignored for an overtly leftist position... something many keep warning those coming into power on such thin margins to not do.
Yet, our new queen decries a change, not in method, not in ethics, but merely in players. She continues in political pay backs and back room loyalty payouts. The new directions and morals are but tagged line promises made to naive voters much like those from horny seniors to their junior prom dates. In the end people get screwed... while losing respect.
This is not what the voters cast for, I predict her reign lasts less than six months and smoke and mirrors even less. Politics by party tricks us yet again.
